After you purchase the "Help A Mama Out Consultation" you will be contacted within 24 hours via the email you provided to confirm a date and time for the 1 hr session. If you are not able to keep your scheduled date and time for the consultation, please contact us ASAP to reschedule as we will not provide refunds for this service.
All "Creators Sets" are processed (printed, hole punched, spiral bound, quality checked, and packaged) at the time your order is received by QTL. We ask that you allow "up to" 72 hours for processing, after that time your package will be shipped to you. You should expect to receive your package according to the standards of the USPS priority mail shipping times.
If your package is determined to be lost or stolen please contact QTL and we will do what we can to attempt to resolve the matter, however QTL is not responsible for a package once it is with USPS.
Do to the nature of our CREATORS SET product we do not offer refunds, our product goes through a thorough quality check ensuring that all of the pages are there in your books filled with the correct content. If by chance you are missing a page, please contact us and we will send you a copy of the missing page via email.
